About Tonii & Lisa

Tonii started in the service industry during high school in Cary, NC. He waited tables through part of his college years on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. After college, he found himself working at The Beach Cafe on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. There he worked front of house as a server, while attending Conservatory during the day. He went on to work at Hard Rock Cafe in NYC where he started as a bar back, became a server and eventually became a Special Events Team Leader. Tonii then worked for a number of Private Chefs in Los Angeles area for a few years as a caterer and party manager.

Lisa has been involved in catering and bartending for 30+ years. She started as a cocktail waitress in the Carolina Dining Room at the famous Pinehurst Hotel and Country Club. Later, she transitioned to a bartending position at the renowned Country Club. During her mid 20s, she worked in the Winston Cup circuit catering and bartending with a family business for the VIP Suites, Press Box and Media Center at the Lowes Motor Speedway-currently called The Charlotte Motor Speedway. Lisa is masterful with a grill and loves cooking and serving others.
